This week's tech tip was actually shared by my husband, John.
I'm a big fan of Pinterest for personal and educational resources. Sometimes though, I find a really great resource but the link either no longer works or isn't included. If you are in Chrome, there is a fix for that.
1. Right click on the image.
2. Select the option "Search Google for this image"
3. A new tab will open and matching images will appear
If you're not a Chrome user:
1. Go to images.google.com
2. Click on the small camera icon
3. Paste the web address of the picture or upload a photo from your computer.
See this link for more information on how to do a reverse image search
This is also useful if you have an image and want a similar picture to compliment it.
Look for my next tech tip on February 17th. Next week I'll be at PETE&C in Hershey learning all about new educational technologies!
