Blockposters.com is a free site where you can upload an image and turn it into a larger poster.
For the free version, you are limited to a maximum size of 5 pages wide and there will be a "Block Poster" watermark in the bottom right hand corner.
For the best results, select a higher resolution picture. Also, be sure to only use images that are your own or are listed for reuse under Creative Commons.
