The holidays are busy so I didn't have a chance to write up an official tech tip for this week. In the meantime, here are my top 3 IT troubleshooting basics:
1. Restart the computer :-)
2. Check to make sure everything is plugged in securely, including that the powerstrip is on
3. Search Google for the problem. You will be amazed what information is already out there
