With the break and a busy Hour of Code week, I have missed a few Tuesday Tech Tips!
This week's tip came about when I got an e-mail from a tech coach who attended my session at the TRETC conference. She wanted a way to share a Google Slide presentation with a link, though her district only allows Google sharing internally.
The work around is slideshare.net. The site is very simple, just upload, and select your privacy level (public, unlisted, or private, just like YouTube). Then, share with a link or even embed in your site!

The only problem I found was that SlideShare is not compatible with Google Slides. I went to file - download as - PDF to create the above presentation. My two slides with .gif images (short moving videos) no longer work, and a lot of my links no longer function. However, my embedded YouTube videos still show. I think this a great way to showcase your presentations.
